A restraining order or protective order is a legal order issued by a state court which requires one person to stop harming another.  In Nebraska, there are different types of orders, which are explained below.

  A civil order designed to protect any victim of harassment.

  Your NE protection order can be enforceable wherever you move.

• Enforcing an Out-of-State Order in NE

  If you are planning to move to NE or are going to be in NE for any reason, your protection or restraining order may be enforced.
