If a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is raised in a child custody proceeding, the question, upon request of a party, must be given priority on the calendar and handled expeditiously.Added by Laws 2003, c. 199, § 24, eff. Oct. 1, 2003.
