Legal representation is provided in the areas of domestic and sexual violence, family, housing, consumer, public benefits, tax law, elder law and more. The Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. provides legal services to low income and homeless individuals. Legal Services include family law (divorce, custody, and guardianship), housing law (private tenant problems and foreclosure), consumer law, immigration (adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, and other immigrant matters), and guardian ad litem. Mil Mujeres specializes in immigration benefits for survivors of violent crimes in the United States and gender related crimes. However, MM provides services to other survivors as well. Services include U visa, VAWA, DACA, T visa, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).
