The Eastland County Crisis Center provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour crisis and intervention hotline, counseling, information and referrals, primary prevention education, transportation, life skills programs, legal advocacy, law enforcement and court accompaniment, medical accompaniment, electronic recorded forensic interviews, advocacy for victims and their protective family members through civil and/or criminal justice systems, assistance with Crime Victim’s Compensation and Victim Impact Statements, and multidisciplinary team investigations with case review. The Crisis Center serves Eastland County.

The Crisis Center (Odessa office)
The Crisis Center provides services to any adult who is a victim of domestic or sexual violence and their children. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, hospital accompaniment, counseling for survivors (English and Spanish), training and education, referrals and information, Batterer Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP), and legal advocacy (court accompaniment, probation and parole, updates on case and investigation, applying to Crime Victims’ Compensation). The Crisis Center serves Gaines, Ward, Winkler, Andrews, Loving, Reeves, Crane and Ector Counties as well as Fort Stockton in Pecos County.
El Paso
Center Against Sexual and Family Violence
The Center Against Sexual and Family Violence (CASFV) provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. CASFV’s services and programs include emergency shelter, transitional living center, family resource center, youth services, sexual assault services, and a Battering Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP). CASFV serves El Paso, Hudspeth, and Culberson Counties.

Healing Hearts Center
Healing Hearts Center offers services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, advocacy and case management, individual counseling, support groups, and community outreach. Healing Hearts Center serves Ellis and Dallas Counties.
Erath
Cross Timbers Family Services
Cross Timbers Family Services provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. Services include crisis intervention, a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, medical, legal, and judicial accompaniment, safety planning, individual and group therapy, assistance with Protective Orders, and Crime Victims Compensation, personal advocacy, and information and referrals. All services are free and confidential. Cross Timbers Family Services serves Erath and surrounding Counties.
