Kendall County Women’s Shelter (KCWS) offers services to individuals and their children who have been affected by domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, on-site pet shelter, group counseling, life skills classes, case management, individual counseling, legal advocacy, food and nutrition, and support groups. KCWS serves Kendall County.

Hill Country Crisis Council provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse and neglect. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, hospital accompaniment, support, legal advocacy, as well as information and referrals to available community resources. All services to victims and their children are free of charge. Hill Country Crisis Council serves Kerr, Kendall, Kimble, Bandera, and Gillespie Counties.
