Women In Need (W.I.N.) provides services to victims of domestic, dating, and intimate partner violence and their children. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, legal advocacy - accompaniment through the legal system (assistance with protective orders, divorce and custody), continued support after leaving the shelter, a non-residential program (support, advocacy, information and referrals), and counseling services. W.I.N. serves Hunt and Rockwall Counties.

Women’s Center of East Texas provides services to women who are victims of domestic violence and their children and victims of sexual assault. Services include emergency shelter, outreach support, legal support and advocacy, accompaniment (to medical exams, law enforcement, prosecutors and court), 24-hour crisis hotline, information and referrals, and community education. Services are provided in English and Spanish. Women’s Center of East Texas serves Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, and Upshur Counties.
