Human Options serves those affected by relationship violence in Orange County. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional and permanent housing programs, support groups, counseling, children’s programs, case management, referrals for legal help, and more. Counseling services are available in English and Spanish, and interpretation is available for any other languages. Counseling and support groups are available at the Family Resource Centers (see website for locations).

Laura's House - Counseling & Resource Center
Laura’s House provides domestic violence-related services to residents of Orange County and beyond. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, therapeutic groups, workshops, legal advocacy, and community education. Shelter services include food, clothing, counseling, case management, and life skills. Counseling services are available at this location for individuals, children age 5 and up, couples, and families, in addition to group therapy and a variety of support groups and workshops. Counseling is provided in English, Spanish and Russian, and counseling fees are based on a sliding scale.
Laura's House - Domestic Violence Advocacy Center
Laura’s House provides domestic violence-related services to residents of Orange County and beyond. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, therapeutic groups, workshops, legal advocacy, and community education. Shelter services include food, clothing, counseling, case management, and life skills. Legal advocacy services are available at this location and include: explanation of restraining orders process, filing of restraining orders, court accompaniment and preparation for hearings, immigration resources, and referrals to legal resources. In addition, therapeutic services offered include individual counseling, child and family counseling, anxiety management, and more. All legal and therapy services are available in English and Spanish.
Radiant Futures
Radiant Futures, formerly the Women’s Transitional Living Center, provides services for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. Services include: a 24-hour crisis line, short-term shelter, transitional housing, long-term housing placement, counseling, community education, legal advocacy, children’s program, peer support groups, and therapeutic art programs. Survivors’ pets are able to join their owners in shelter, either sharing a living space or staying in an insulated outdoor kennel. Legal advocacy includes help navigating the court system, and assisting with divorce, immigration, child support, custody, visitation, and restraining orders.
Santa Ana Family Justice Center
The Santa Ana Family Justice Center provides coordinated services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, and elder abuse. It is a partnership between the Santa Ana Police Department and 17 social services organizations to provide a “one stop shop” where survivors can receive the assistance and support they need. Services include: safety planning, shelter assistance, help in obtaining protection orders, mental health services, advocacy, and more.
Waymakers
The mission of Waymakers, formerly Community Service Programs, is to build safer communities by helping individuals make their way through conflict and crisis to a place of strength and stability. Their victim assistance programs serve victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. Programs include four assistance centers, a sexual assault center, protective orders assistance, human trafficking services, and a crisis response team.
