Workplace Violence Protective Orders

In 2023, Utah passed laws to create a workplace violence protective order that can be requested by an employer if s/he reasonably believes workplace violence took place against an employee or against the employer. The employer must make a good faith effort to notify the victim that the employer is seeking a workplace violence protective order.
