Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence (MSCFV) provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, individual and group counseling, advocacy, legal advocacy and court accompaniment, transitional housing, mental health counseling, crisis response and emergency food and clothing, pet safety, and Abuser Intervention Program. MSCFV serves Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties.

Family and Children's Services of Central Maryland
Family and Children’s Services’ (FCS) Family Violence Project provides services to victims of domestic violence and their children. Services include a 24-hour hotline, counseling, support groups, and safe housing. FCS serves West Baltimore and Carroll Counties.

Cecil County Help Center
Cecil County Help Center’s (HSDC) Domestic Violence/Rape Crisis Center (DVRCC) provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, individual counseling and support groups, safety planning, legal consultation, children’s programs, court and hospital accompaniment, and community education. The Cecil County Help Center serves Cecil County.

Services include a 24-hour hotline, information, referrals to outside agencies, crisis intervention counseling, community education and awareness, and legal advocacy.
